A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2020, the Defendant visited the above bank in order to receive compensation for the non-account transfer at the upper dong point of the C Bank in Bupyeong-si, Dacheon-si, B, and the victim D is the head of the branch office of the above C Bank.

1. At around 16:05 on February 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to compensate at the above point; (b) but did not accept it, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s operation of the above point by force by avoiding a disturbance of about 10 minutes, such as “one person’s demonstration at the business place.”

2. The Defendant, in response to the withdrawal, did not comply with the request from the victim to deliver business hours after the victim ends the business hours at the time and place described in paragraph 1.

3. On February 4, 2020, the Defendant, at around 16:15, inflicted an injury on the victim of the above arms, who had been arrested as a flagrant offender under the suspicion of paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) and moved to the patrol lane, and caused an injury on the victim of the above arms in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer who is performing legitimate duties, and inflicted an injury on the victim.
