1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 11, 201, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant with the insured as the Defendant on August 11, 201, as indicated in the separate sheet.

After the Defendant’s contract of this case was concluded, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 8 days from October 8, 201 to October 15, 201, from B Hospital for 396 days, in total, from October 8, 2011 to January 3, 2015, as indicated below (attached Table 1).
