1. It is confirmed that each insurance contract entered in the separate sheet concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is invalid.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 4, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into each of the instant insurance contracts listed in the separate sheet with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”). On May 8, 2014, each of the instant insurance contracts was changed to the Defendant.

B. From August 18, 2011 to June 30, 2014, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 230 days as indicated below, including being hospitalized at C Hospital on the ground of an excimation, etc., and received KRW 13,800,000 from the Plaintiff according to each of the instant insurance contracts.
