When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on March 21, 2014, reported the victim C to have a frightly dispute with the Defendant’s daily behaviors, or to have a frightly conflict with the Defendant; and (b) caused the victim’s face one time on account of the victim’s frighting fright, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as an inspection in the mouth, which requires 14-day medical treatment.
