On July 13, 2014, at around 19:56, the Defendant driven approximately 150 meters of a rocketing car at around 137 m2 in front of the new restaurant located in the Sinpo-Eup in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, with the influence of alcohol content of 0.082% of alcohol content.
