Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and by a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence at the Incheon Detention House on August 31, 201.

1. Larceny;

A. On September 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:09, at the first floor parking lot of e-Ba, the residence of the victim C located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) on September 16, 2013, the victim parked in the said parking lot without using a F rocketing car correction device; (c) opened a door door of the said rocketing car; and (d) opened a door door of the said car, the victim’s market price of the said rocketing car located in the said rocketing car 1.5 million won, the victim’s market price of the said rocketing car 1.5 million won, the victim’s 1.5 million won (1.5 million won (620,000 won (60,000 won) at the market price; and (d) one jun-si, the market price of which is equivalent to 300,000 won (30,000 won) at the back of the said rocketing car.

나. 피해자 성명불상자들에 대한 절도 피고인은 2013. 9. 16.부터 21.까지 사이의 일자불상경 부천시 원미구 중동 인근 노상에서, 불상의 피해자가 시정장치를 하지 아니한 채 피해자의 승용차를 주차해 놓고 귀가한 틈을 타위 승용차의 운전석 문을 열고 들어가, 위 승용차 라디오 밑 재떨이 안에서 피해자 소유인 시가 불상의 USB 1개를, 위 승용차 조수석 서랍(대시보드) 안에 놓여 있던 지갑 2개에서 피해자 소유인 미화 5달러 지폐 1매, 미화 2달러 지폐 2매, 인도네시아 화폐 500루피아 지폐 1매, 태국 화폐 50바트 지폐 1매, 미얀마 화폐 20짯 지폐 1매, 100억원권 도금위조수표 1매, 5만원권 도금위폐 1매를 꺼내어 가 절취하고, 같은 방법으로 다른 불상의 피해자의 승용차에 들어가 위 승용차의 조수석 서랍(대시보드) 안에 들어 있던 피해자 소유인 미화 1달러 지폐 5매를 꺼내어 가 절취하였다.
