A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 15, 2015, the Defendant: around 15:37, the Defendant: (a) parked the Da-si in the Youngdong parking lot located in 111-3, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do; (b) opened a string door door through a cresh of meals without locking the above vehicle; and (c) stolen KRW 150,000,000,000 in cash owned by the victim and KRW 70,000,000,000,000 in cash, which were kept in custody of the driver’s seat.
2. On February 18, 2016, between 15:00 to 16:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 470,00,00 in total, including KRW 40,00 in cash, and KRW 70,000,00,000 in cash, which were located in the Do Do Do Do Do Gun Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Gun Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do
3. 피고인은 2016. 2. 27. 13:45경 전라북도 군산시 G에 있는 H식당 앞 노상에서 피해자 I이 J 쏘나타 차량의 조수석 뒤쪽 창문을 열어놓은 상태로 주차한 것을 발견하고 그 창문을 통해 차안으로 들어 가 조수석에 있던 피해자의 가방 안에서 피해자 소유의 시가 100만 원 상당의 샤넬 손지갑과 그 안에 들어 있던 현금 50만 원, 10만 원권 신세계상품권 1장, 우리은행 현금카드 1매, 농협 현금카드 1매를 가져 가 절취하였다.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property three times in total.

1. On September 2, 2016, around 17:23, 2016, the Defendant discovered that the victim M was parked in the front of L on the road located in Yansan-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, Jeollabuk-do, with no locking the door of NM, and stolen the victim’s wall that includes a cash of 42,000 won, 100 foot waste, 100 foot waste, credit card, etc.
2. On September 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do around 03:15.
