Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall engage in an election campaign using props, such as shoulder belts, and his/her spouse, chief of an election affairs, liaison office, election affairs clerk, assistant accompanying a candidate, and accountant in charge, using shoulder belts, such as photograph, name, symbol, and the name of a political party to which he/she belongs, with the same shape and color as that of the candidate during the election campaign period, except for a candidate for an illegal election campaign using props, such as shoulder belts, his/her spouse, chief of an election campaign liaison office, election affairs clerk, assistant accompanying a candidate, and accountant in charge;

In the 19th presidential election implemented on May 9, 2017, the Defendant had been willing to carry out an election campaign on behalf of the above D candidates, which had been constantly supported despite that they were not related to the election campaign, such as election affairs of candidates D for the political party E once in the election of the 19th presidential election.

A. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:49 on May 6, 2017, at “G” restaurant located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, the name and symbol of the 19th Da candidate E; and (b) approximately 13 citizens who work for the meal within the said restaurant by suffering from the printed prizes by the relevant political party name; and (c) enter the personnel affairs of the said 13 citizens; (d)

B. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:57 on May 6, 2017, at the “I”; (b) around 102, at the “I” restaurant of Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (b) the name and symbol of the 19th Dae line E D candidate; and (c) the name of the relevant political party, which entered the name of the relevant political party, and provided meals in the said restaurant, will enter the personnel affairs for approximately 11 citizens, and

2. No one shall photograph ballot papers in the polling stations;

On May 4, 2017, between 09:00 and 10:00, the Defendant put a mark on the voting paper in the advance polling for the 19th presidential election at the 19th presidential election at the 19th presidential election district in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Residents' Self-Governing Center.
