Defendant

A is a volunteer for F to go to a candidate for a political party E in the election district of the 20th National Assembly member, and Defendant B is a person who has a friendly relationship with Defendant A.

No one shall carry out an election campaign using a cap or clothes, the shoulder belt, shape and color of which are identical, label, flag, signal, props, and other marks during the election campaign period, except for a candidate, his/her spouse (including one person who, instead of his/her spouse, reports by the candidate from among his/her lineal ozone expenses), chief of an election affairs, chief of an election liaison office, election affairs clerk, assistant accompanying the candidate, and person in charge of accounting (hereinafter referred to as "election affairs clerk, etc.").

Nevertheless, on April 11, 2016, from around 07:01 to around 07:58, the Defendants carried out an election campaign for the sake of F by shaking the car driver or pedestrian, etc. who walked with the above F’s fast-flacing finger hand, which refers to the “F No. 1F” in the shape of letter, the flaced hand and the flac hand hand hand hand hand hand, and Defendant B carried out an election campaign for the sake of F with the hand of the vehicle or pedestrian, etc. who walked with the flaced hand by the Defendant’s hand.

As a result, even if the Defendants conspired to do not belong to the election commission, they carried out an election campaign using small articles referred to in F No. 1 F during the election campaign period.
