Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall interfere with the preparation, posting, posting or installation of posters, placards or other propaganda facilities under the Election of Public Officials Act, or damage or remove them without any justifiable reason.

1. On April 29, 2017, the Defendant damaged the above poster without justifiable grounds, such as by using a tree stick in possession of a part of a photograph of the face of the 19th presidential candidate C, which was attached to the wall near the latter part of the 117th presidential election campaigned in gold 123 Geum-ro, Jin-ro, Geum-ro, Geum-ro, Gin-ro, 123 Gold-ro, Gin-ro, Gin-ro, 117.

2. On April 29, 2017, the Defendant damaged the above poster without justifiable grounds, such as by using a tree stick with a photograph of the face of the 19th presidential candidate C, which was attached to the wall near the latter part of the 19th presidential election campaign poster attached to the wall near the latter part of the 105th presidential election campaign.

3. On April 29, 2017, the Defendant damaged the poster without justifiable grounds, such as by using a tree stick with a photograph of the face of the 19th presidential candidate C once, which was attached to the wall near the chill of the Geumsan-do gold reservoir at the time of Jinak-si, the Defendant, on April 29, 2017.

4. On April 29, 2017, the Defendant damaged the poster without justifiable grounds, such as using a tree stick, which carried a photograph of the face of the candidate C once, among the 19th presidential election posters attached to the wall near the entrance of the said reservoir sports park at the end of the 19th presidential election campaign.
