Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on June 2, 2015, the Defendant used a stone in and around the vicinity of the restaurant run by the victim D in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, and destroyed and damaged the above restaurant glass by breaking it, and removed the locking device of the window by breaking it, and then, on the inside the crepit, stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 22,635,000 in total market value over 20 times from Jun. 2, 2014 to Sept. 9, 2015, the Defendant used one cash, the victim’s possession, and 100,000 won in market value, which is an official machine of the market value of KRW 50,00,000,000, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
