Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2013, from around 17:05 to around 17:50, the Defendant attended the “Resolution for the Elimination of Non-regular Workers” with approximately 1,300 persons, and occupied four lanes among the five lanes in total of the roads in the old Samsung-gu Seoul Central Government, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly to interfere with the traffic of the road.
