Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the Vice-Chairperson of the F Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “F”).

1. 2. On August 20, 201, the Defendant, from around 17:05 to 18:55 on August 20, 2011, occupied 3,500 lanes, such as members, etc., in front of the Seoul Central District Foreign Exchange Bank, from around 17:05 to around 18:55 on the same day, the Defendant participated in the said national labor competition held by F, thereby making it impossible for the Defendant to drive the vehicle due to the Defendant’s participation in the said national labor competition held by F to make it impossible for him/her to drive the vehicle, notwithstanding the prohibition notice by raising relief such as the withdrawal of retirement and removal of temporary workers.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with traffic.

3. On August 21, 2011, between 07:10 and 09:10 on August 21, 201, the Defendant participated in an unreported meeting called “convening of a desired urban conference” and made it impossible for the Defendant to pass the vehicle by participating in an unreported meeting, which is called “convening of a desired urban conference” in the manner of raising relief, such as the withdrawal of layoff and removal of temporary workers in the Han Jin Heavy Industries, and the removal of temporary workers, etc., on the roads in front of the Cheongnam Building located in 98-38, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with 600 members belonging to F.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with traffic.
