Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol on a taxi operated by C on the taxi platform in the Yadong Hospital of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu; (b) reported to the police officer by the Defendant, C, who was under the influence of alcohol without speaking at the destination; and (c) reported the victim E, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station D District; and (d) sent the victim E and a slopeF to the scene.

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:14, assaulted the victim E details, F slope, who expressed that “the victim E ought to have a governance ended, singkes, singkes, and singkes” to the F slope, and assaulted the victim F’s left face by bad hand, and walking the victim E’s mouth.

B. At around 21:50 on the same day, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on the same facts as the above paragraph (a) and went to the zone of Seoul Yangcheon Police Station D, Seoul Yangcheon Police Station, which was a police officer belonging to the D District, committed assault, such as taking the victim’s bucks and walking the victim’s bucks.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the on-site and criminal investigation of police officers.

2. Definating;

A. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1(a) of this Article, listened to a large number of criminal behaviors, such as the above taxi engineer C, and said victim F and E, “Chewing typule, typule, dead typ, typule, typule, typule, typule.”

B. The Defendant, upon being arrested and investigated at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph 1(b), told the victim Gman of the situation workers at the time and at the same time and place as the foregoing, the Defendant deemed that “a Chewing, Chewing, and Chewing,” she was a large amount of brush to the victim Gman of the situation workers, who were heard by the said taxi workers C and several police officers.

Accordingly, the Defendant insultd each victims publicly.
