Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, control, prepare, administer, or provide psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as "clopon").

1. From November 1, 2018 to December 12, 2018, the Defendant received or purchased a philopon eight times in total, from the time of receiving or purchasing a philopon, from around 18:00 to around 19:00, in a manner of finding a single philopon with approximately 0.05g of a philopon inserted in D in the mail box C of the building B of the military, and from that time, from November 4, 2019 to November 37, 2019.

From November 2018 to December 2012, 2018, the Defendant administered a philopon medication by inserting approximately 0.04 g of philop into the back seat of the Defendant’s string for a single use, dilution with water, from the time to November 19, 2019 to December 11, 2018, the Defendant administered a philopon in total not later than 11 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the list of crimes.
