Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On December 3, 2015, the Defendant, at the Daegu District Court, sentenced 2 years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention Center on December 8, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, assist in the trade of, possess, deliver, or deliver psychotropic drugs.

1. 4. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she carried a philophone in a manner that puts approximately 37.7g of philophones contained in six plastic bags in his/her hand in the 12:40 G Officetel parking lot of Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, 2019.
