A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized Metea 1.33g (Evidence 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the enforcement of the said sentence on November 11, 2014. However, the Defendant did not deal with psychotropic drugs, which is not a person handling narcotics. However, the Defendant traded, receives, and mephones, possessed them as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On December 28, 2014, at around 23:34, the Defendant transferred KRW 80,000 from C to the Agricultural Cooperative (D) account in the name of the Defendant under the name of the Defendant for the purchase price of phiphone, and sold phiphones in a way that enable a taxi engineer who is unaware of the fact to deliver a disposable bag containing approximately 0.75g of phiphones to C in front of the Geum-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

B. On January 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:13, at Jinju-si, sold a disposable injection device with approximately KRW 100,000 from G and containing approximately 0.2 gramopon.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. At around 03:00 on December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a disposable injection device with approximately 0.03 gramopon from J in J at J’s Mophone; and (b) received a single phiopon from J.

B. On January 7, 2015, the Defendant received a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.03g of philophones from K in the vicinity of the beero-dong, Jinju-si, and a single-use injection device from K.

3. Around 03:00 on January 27, 2015, the Defendant administered opon medication by melting “M” 201, and 0.03 gopon 0.03 gopon into aquatic water.

4. On January 28, 2015, the Defendant, holding a penphone, carrying a penphone in front of the “O restaurant” located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju around 16:00, by inserting a disposable injection device containing 0.1g of a penphone in the test color room, and a vinyl paper containing 1.23g of a penphone.
