A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. 2. A special intimidation: (a) on September 7, 2015, the Defendant: (b) at an implied stamper in Yando-Eup, Namyang-do; (c) on September 7, 2015, at the victim E and talking to his/her hand in a shouldered glass angle.
