Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the company accompanying the "B" in Ansan-do, and is a member of the National Democratic Trade Union Federation (one person): the member of the company under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation).

1. On February 23, 2013, at around 14:10 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) attended the “the pending issue of the five-five emergency strike in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the National Labor Competition to solve the 10 task”; (b) from around 15:45 on the same day, approximately 3,50 participants of other assemblies were placed in the Bank of Korea through two-lanes of sublime from the Seoul Pool to the Brogate-gu, and (c) from around 16:12 on the same day and around 17:32 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the passage of the vehicle from around 16:15 to around 17:15 on the same day, with approximately 2,500 participants of the above Assembly from around 16:12 on the road along the direction of the vehicle; and (d) from around 17:32 on the same day, from around 15:170 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

2. On May 1, 2013, the Defendant participated in an assembly or demonstration on May 1, 2013, at around 15:30, and obstructed the passage of vehicles from around 00 to 18:25 on May 1, 2013, with approximately 1,50 participants in other assemblies, at around 18:08, May 1, 2013, at around 18:08, around 18:17, around 18:18, and around 18:20, at around 18:20, by participating in the assembly or demonstration and providing relief.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 1,50 participants in other assemblies to interfere with traffic on land by other means.
