Defendant
On December 9, 2016, A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by the Daejeon High Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 3, 2017.

B On October 21, 2016, the Daejeon District Court rendered a sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. on October 21, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 29, 2016.
On January 2014, the Defendants sought forged resident registration certificates through the Internet website, and the Defendants conspired to open and sell mobile phones at Defendant A’s mobile phone agencies.
1. On January 28, 2014, the Defendants conspired with each other to use forged official documents, and Defendant B received each resident registration certificate for G in the name in the name-free market name, forged from the person who was known to the Internet site “NV” to “NV” at the “Fpc room” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and issued each resident registration certificate for H in the name of the head of Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and Defendant A sent it to Defendant A, and Defendant A, at “K” in the operation of J on the same day, “five thousand times to see the other person’s cell phone opening in lieu of the other person’s cell phone opening,” and Defendant B, through J, issued each forged official registration certificate for G and MGU to employees in charge of name-free and LGU, who are not aware of such forgery, thereby exercising each forged official registration certificate.

On January 28, 2014, the Defendants conspired with each other to forge and use private documents, and to apply for five mobile phones as described in paragraph 1 at K around January 28, 2014, Defendant A forged one copy of the application form in the name of “G”, “M in the resident registration number column,” and “the applicant column” with the name of the customer who is a private document related to rights and duties by making the applicant sign it next thereto, and the Defendant A may be aware of the forgery through J.
