On October 29, 2012, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven a 20-meter-on truck from the front road of Hodong gas located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the road of 754-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.216%.
