On February 25, 2013, at around 00:24, the Defendant driven B vehicle at the front of a restaurant where the trade name of the Guri-si is unknown, with a section of approximately 1 km up to 266-13 in the street of the Guri-si, Guri-si, the Defendant driven B vehicle at the main alcohol level of about 0.208% in blood alcohol content.
