A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:45 on May 21, 2013, the Defendant was driving a bndro knick under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.117% at the section of about 5km from the Myeonn-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul to the Kigu Kigu Intersection 275, Gigu, Jung-gu, Seoul.

On May 21, 2013, at around 20:45, the Defendant driven the above van while under the influence of alcohol of 0.117% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.17%, and led to the passage of the five-lane road in front of the intersection of the intersection distance of the literature located in the 275-dong of Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do along the direction of Seoul Tridong along the four-lane direction of the direction of the bridge distance from the direction of Seoul.
