A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who has no certain occupation or property and lives in a very rough and difficult life, had the mind to solve tobacco values and kisss while living in a very rough and difficult life, and had his mind to acquire money, goods, etc. from the Schlage operated by the aged victims during late night hours.

1. Larceny;

A. 2. From January 18, 2018, around 09:05, the Defendant embezzled her idea that he/she had without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the No. 2C card that was lost by the victim D (Y, 54 years old) and returning it to the victim.

3. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On January 18, 2018, the Defendant, on January 18, 2018, purchased the victim L(43 tax) operation from the “M M M M Mart” and the amount equivalent to 5,460 won at the market price, and acquired as set forth in paragraph (2) from the Defendant, around January 18, 2018.
