Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed by the Defendants, taking advantage of the fact that the Kabter manager neglected to take care in order to find tobacco in cases of purchasing tobacco at convenience stores, etc., Defendant B saw that other customers enter the place outside of convenience stores, and Defendant A conspired to steal tobacco displayed on the Kabter manager’s negligence to find tobacco.
