1. From 00:00 to 05:00 on September 21, 2012, the Defendant attempted special larceny: (a) was placed in front of the boarding ticket retail shop operated by the victim D, who was installed in the front of the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon Branch; and (b) was broken up by cutting the stone around the surrounding area; (c) opened the entrance at the upper end of the store entrance; and (d) opened the locked door in order to steal the victim’s own property by intrusion into the inside, but did not find any stolen things, but did not lead to an attempted crime.
2. Special larceny;
A. On September 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on September 30, 2012, in front of the “G gas station” office operated by the Victim E in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) opened a entrance set up by the method of destroying locking the locking system, and opened the door up to 7:8 powered so as to damage the locking system, and invaded into the door, and stolen the entrance, 46,700 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, that is contained in the simplified safe.
B. On April 21, 2013, the Defendant injured by a special obstruction of performance of official duties was arrested on the part of the victim M(the age of 49) who was a slope belonging to the Daejeon Police Station investigation into the Daejeon High Police Station, notified the right to appoint a counsel and the right to refuse to make statements from the victim M(the age of 49) who was a slope belonging to the Daejeon High Police Station, and arrested him on the charge of special larceny at around 20:10 on April 21, 2013.
