A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Daejeon District Court on March 29, 2019 and the parole period expired on May 18, 2019.
1. On May 202, from around 01:00 to around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) went in front of the victim C’s operation in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu D; (b) destroyed the glass of the warehouse by inserting the reading room of the gate of the said farm; and (c) destroyed the glass of the warehouse in and around the warehouse of the farm; and (d) entered the said part of the victim’s own market value of KRW 10,000,000; (b) cut off one agricultural saw; (c) three batteries for batteries; and (d) three 30,000,000, the market value of the farmland owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the Defendant, at night, destroyed a part of a structure and intruded into a structure, stolen the victim’s property which amounting to a total of 340,000 won.
2. Larceny;
A. On May 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the front parking lot of the F Office located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon; (b) on May 8, 202, the Defendant: (c) loaded the Defendant’s 1 ton cargo vehicle of H1 ton of H 1 ton of the victim G parked at that parking lot; (d) loaded the Defendant’s hFIX 2.5S Q Q Q cable 10, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 100,000,000 in advance; and (e) stolen the Defendant’s hV-cable ship of KRW 1 ton of the Plaintiff’s h.
B. On May 17, 2020, around 01:50 on May 17, 2020, the Defendant thefted the victim K’s market value of KRW 80,000, at the construction site of the J Medical Center located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon.
C. On May 17, 2020, at around 02:32, the Defendant: (a) loaded an O cargo vehicle in front of the M office located in Daejeon East-gu L, Daejeon-gu, with the cable line of at least KRW 200,000, the market price of which is at least KRW 1 for the cable line of at least KRW 200,000, and the market price of which is at least KRW 100,00,000.
3. On May 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the front side of Qua building in Daejeon-gu P on May 25, 2020; (b) there is a stolen cable after walking a cover installed in the loading of S cargo vehicles parked therein, which is owned by the victim R,.
