If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes against the Victims B (Use and photographing of Cameras, etc.) recorded the victim’s sexual flag part against the victim’s will on nine occasions in total, such as the victim’s sexual flag part from mid- November 2015 to mid- January 2016 using a camera function inside the smartphone function of another Defendant’s smartphone, and taken the victim’s sexual flag part against the victim’s will, in total, nine times in total, including the victim’s sexual flag part, from mid-2015 to mid-200 to mid-2016.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device with a camera function against his will.

2. Around December 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes against the Victim C (hereinafter “C”), taken photographs of the victim’s sexual organ part against the victim’s will on December 14, 2016, using a camera function located in other Defendant’s smartphone, from around 15:01 to May 15:19, 201, using the victim’s sexual organ part of the victim’s sexual organ part of the victim’s sexual organ part of the victim’s sexual organ part of the victim’s sexual organ part of the victim’s sexual organ part of the victim’s sexual organ, from around 15:01 on December 14, 2016, from around 15:01 to around 15:19, 2017, the victim took 6 times in total against the victim’s sexual flag, buckbuck, and kbucking’s will against the victim’s will.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device with a camera function against his will.
