Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a "C Partnership Corporation (hereinafter "C Partnership") established for the purpose of fishery business operation." The representative director of the C Partnership and D are directors of the above C Partnership.

1. The Defendant wanted to participate in the “plan for building and supporting a fishing ground management line (hereinafter “plan for building and supporting a fishing ground management line”)” conducted by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in Incheon pool-gun, Incheon, but D would not be capable of paying the said person’s share. However, D would pay the said person’s share.

The Defendant and D accordingly paid D's own contributions, and thereafter built a distribution (E) with subsidies from the potter-gun, and attempted to use the same as a fishing ground management vessel, but did not properly use the same as that of the fishing ground management vessel. However, the Defendant and D conspired to use D's personal purpose, which paid D's own contributions not for the purpose of the fishing ground management vessel.

2.
