1. Basic facts

C. Defendant’s national card leakage 1) conclusion of the B development service agreement and (a) provision of customer information on the cards was made after the first introduction of B in around 2008, and Defendant’s national card entered into a contract with Defendant KCB on January 30, 2013, setting the contract amount of KRW 227,419,50, and KRW 7 months from the delivery deadline.

B. The development personnel of Defendant KCB, including the project general manager C, are put in the Defendant’s national card from February 2, 2013 to August 2013, and the development work is conducted.
