A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2013, the Defendant conspired with Nonindicted Party C, who is an accomplice, to open his/her mobile phone in his/her name and dispose of his/her resident registration certificate under the name of D, E, F, and G, with his/her photograph attached thereto, and then the Defendant opened his/her mobile phone at the I mobile phone agency located in He/she and at the (Y) KK agency located in the Si/Y-Eup/Y-si, and the above C used his/her mobile phone to open his/her mobile phone at the Ma mobile phone agency located in L at the time of regular Eup/Myeon and the N mobile agency.

1. Counterfeiting of forged official documents;

A. On December 13, 2013, the Defendant submitted and exercised a copy of the forged resident registration certificate under the name of D attached with his/her photograph to open a smartphone at the I mobile phone agency located in Si of Jung-Eup/Myeon on December 17:30, 2013, as if he/she were a copy of the duly formed resident registration certificate.

B. At the time stated in the above paragraph (a), the above C submitted a copy of the forged resident registration certificate in the name of F with his photograph attached in order to open smartphones at the N's mobile phone agencies located in Jeong-Eup at Jung-Eup, as if it were a true copy of the resident registration certificate, to P, who is aware of such fact.

C. At around 18:40 on the same day, the Defendant submitted a copy of the forged resident registration certificates in the above E name to Q Q, who is aware of such circumstances, to open two smartphones at (Y)K mobile phone agencies in Jung-Eup, Jung-si. D. As if they were the duly formed resident registration certificates.

At around 19:10 on December 13, 2013, the above C submitted a copy of the forged resident registration certificate in the name of G with his/her photograph attached in order to open smartphones at the M mobile phone agency located in Jung-Eup L, which is a true copy of the resident registration certificate, and exercised it to R as if he/she knew of such circumstance.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with the above C.
