Defendant Q, S, and T are sentenced to one year of imprisonment, ten months of imprisonment, and Defendant P and R, and Defendant P are sentenced to eight months of imprisonment and Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

[DefendantO as the violation of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry at the Seoul Central District Court on February 6, 2014] On February 6, 2014, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced DefendantO to a suspended sentence of two years in imprisonment; Defendant P to a suspended sentence of one year and six months; Defendant R to a suspended sentence of two years in imprisonment; and Defendant R to a suspended sentence of two years in imprisonment of one year and six months, respectively.
