[Status and duties of Defendant A] From early 2007 to November 201, 2010, Defendant A worked as the managing director of the Civil Work Headquarters B (former NN Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “B”). Defendant C is the managing director of D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) from January 24, 2005 to the end. Defendant E is the managing director of D Co., Ltd. from May 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012. Defendant E is the managing director of F Co., Ltd. (former O Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “F”), who worked as the managing director of the business team of F Co., Ltd. (former Co., Ltd.) from May 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012. Each of them served as the managing director of the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”).
Defendant
B, Defendant D, and Defendant F are corporations entities whose main business purposes are each construction business.
