Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “Am2 shall sell Am2” on the bulletin board of the said Jambaf, the Defendant reported that “Am2 shall be sold to KRW 4.10,000,00,” and that “Am2 shall be sold to the victim B Q who contacted and contacted the Defendant,” and around August 27, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 4.10,00,000 from the victim via the national bank account (Account Number BR) in the name of the Defendant.

3. The Defendant, around August 2012, posted a letter to the effect that “Ampid2 shall be sold” on the bulletin board of the JKafbook in Busan, and reported it to the victim BS.
