A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants: (a) around November 29, 2012, 2013 Godan439, the Defendants expressed that they would sell an Ampid 2 in the Mascam L L in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (b) made a false statement that the victim’sO would contact for the purchase by the victim’sO; and (c) sent an Ampid 2 in the door-to-door on deposit of KRW 320,000 won.

However, even if the Defendants received the sales price from the victim, they did not have the intent and ability to send the hamp2, and instead, they planned to send the hick2 to the victim with newspapers and bricks.

The Defendants conspired to induce the victims, and then received 320,000 won from the victims to the account of Defendant B’s community credit cooperatives (P) on the same day on the same day, and had deceiving the victims from around that time, as shown in the attached Table “crime List”, and then have received a total of 11 times from the victims.

2. Defendant A: (a) around January 22, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that, on the Internet N.C. bulletin board, Defendant A sold KRW 295,000 for the victim Q who reported and contacted the above letter to the effect that “I Pacific 3G Pacific 263Gs are sold.”

However, even if the defendant receives the price from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above goods.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 295,000 won from the Defendant’s SC Japan bank account in the name of the Defendant for the 2nd price of the failure.

3. Defendant A: (a) on January 21, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter stating that he/she sells content [a model name: 3DS X (L)] on the Internet NAN bulletin board at a time room located in Sinsan-dong, Sinsi on January 21, 2013; and (b) read and contacted the letter to the victim R who read and contacted it.
