A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant pays 850,000 won to the applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court on December 18, 2014, and was exempted by special amnesty on August 14, 2015.

The Defendant, for the purpose of preparing money and entertainment expenses to be deposited on the Internet private soil site, did not have any goods, and did not intend or have the ability to sell the goods even if he did not receive the money, he did not publish a letter as if he sold the goods, and did not receive the money by deceiving the victims.

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant, using the Defendant’s smartphone cell phone, connected to D, “D” on a bulletin board, stating that “All kickboards are sold.” On the bulletin board, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim E, who visited the victim E, for KRW 650,000 for the price for the goods sold.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 650,000 won from the victim of the same day via the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant, and received total of 14,665,00 won from around that day to October 12, 2015, from around 28 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes, from around that day to around 12, 2015.
