Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On January 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on September 20, 2017.

1. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant committed fraud on October 22, 2017, as “E” operated by the victim D on the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and the second floor around October 22, 2017, and was issued to the victim 4 C in 1994, the Defendant was aware that he would pay the drinking value despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the drinking value, and that he was issued to the victim 76,00 won of the market price from the victim.
2. On November 18, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of fraud at around 03:20 on November 18, 2017, at the main point of “H” operated by the victim G on the F of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the first underground floor level, the Defendant was provided with one of the 140,000 won of the market price as if he would pay the drinking value despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the drinking value, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 210,00 of the market price by being provided with one of the sing and entertainment receptions.

3. On October 24, 2017, from around 13:40 to 14:00 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the duties of the Defendant: (a) at a restaurant operated by the Victim J (37 tax) of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, for customers who were seated in another table, “K has become the Marine Corps.”
