Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of eight months in the Cheongju District Court’s Chungcheong support for fraud, and on May 28, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju prison on May 28, 2017.

As above, Defendant had been provided with food and services equivalent to KRW 680,000 in total, including 2 sick and AC volunteer service charges, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim.

On August 22, 2017, the criminal defendant against the victim L issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if he/she would pay the alcohol value in the victim L (n, 47 years of age) who is in both countries of both countries, as if he/she would pay the alcohol value.
