A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.
Reasons
On April 18, 2014, the Defendant had been sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment due to fraud, etc. from the Suwon Franchising Board on April 18, 2014; on June 25, 2015, the execution of the sentence was terminated in the third intersection of North Korea, and on April 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court.

1. 2. Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
around 23:00 on March 16, 2017, the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages, such as Gabcs, which are approximately KRW 552,00,00 of the market price, even though he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders alcoholic beverages, and was provided with alcoholic beverages, such as Gacs, which are worth KRW 552,00,00.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
