1. Claim for cancellation of ownership transfer registration with respect to each real estate listed in [Attachment 2 and 3] among the instant lawsuits.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 4, 1984, with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “real estate No. 1”), the ownership transfer registration for the reason of sale was completed on July 18, 1984 under C’s name on September 4, 1984. Of the above real estate, the ownership transfer registration for the real estate No. 269/84 was completed on June 28, 200 under the name of the defendant, who is a child of C, on June 15, 2000. The ownership transfer registration for each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 and paragraph (3) (hereinafter “No. 2 real estate of this case”) was completed on May 4, 2001 under C’s name on April 30, 201.
B. C died on July 25, 2003, and at the time of death, the wife D, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, the Defendant, the E (Name B before the name of the name of the name of the name of the name of the name of the name of the name of the name of the name: H), and the G (Name B).
C. Of the instant real estate No. 1, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance by agreement and division on July 25, 2003 as the receipt of No. 7803 on June 9, 2004 with respect to the instant real estate No. 575/84, which remains in the name C, and the instant real estate No. 2. 2.
On September 2, 2013, the Defendant granted to the South Sea Credit Union the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage, which is the debtor, the defendant, the right to collateral security, and the right to collateral security, with respect to the real estate No. 1 of this case.

2. Determination as to whether the part concerning the claim for cancellation of ownership transfer registration concerning the real estate No. 2 of the instant lawsuit is lawful
A. Although C’s inheritors, including the Plaintiff’s assertion, did not hold an agreement on the division of inherited property that “the instant 2 real estate shall belong to the Defendant,” the Defendant forged documents necessary for the registration of inheritance and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on June 9, 2004 due to inheritance by agreement division on July 25, 2003, the Defendant’s name.
