1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant E-cooperative against the registration of cancellation of each right to collateral security and the registration of cancellation are respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) Division, ownership change, etc. of the K-gun, Gyeonggiwon-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, the division of which was conducted before the division (hereinafter “instant K-gun”) is 906 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “instant K-gun”).
A) Around June 20, 1911, the name of L was changed. Around February 8, 1947, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the ground of sale and purchase in the name of M on July 30, 1945, and around June 17, 1981, the name of Defendant B on the ground of sale and purchase on December 2, 1969 (Act No. 3094, Dec. 31, 197; hereinafter “Special Measures for Real Estate”).
2) On March 13, 1996, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the same day in the name of Defendant C, and on August 3, 2005, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the same day in the name of Defendant C on the same day. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the same day in the name of Defendant D around March 13, 1996.
3) Since then on October 17, 2005, the NB land indicated in the separate sheet 2 through 4 (hereinafter “instant land”) around October 17, 2005, each of the instant land, “the instant three land,” and “the instant 4 land.”
As to the land in this case 3 and 4, the registration for transfer of ownership was made on March 24, 2008, with respect to shares of 17/60 among the land in this case and shares of 23/105 among the land in this case 3 and shares of 23/105 among the land in this case 4, each of which was made on March 17, 2008 in the name of defendant F, and on November 19, 2009, with respect to shares of 4/60 among the land in this case 3 and shares of 6/105 among the land in this case 4, each of which was made on November 18, 2009 in the name of defendant G, and on March 24, 2010, with respect to shares of 16.6/60 among the land in this case and shares of 21/105 among the land in this case, each of the following reasons are made on July 7, 2010.
