1. As to the real estate stated in paragraph (2) of the attached Form B from the Plaintiff, the Seoul Western District Court's Yongsan registry.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 2, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer for the first real estate of this case was completed under the name of the plaintiff A on July 5, 2007, and the registration of ownership transfer for the second real estate of this case was completed on November 22, 2006 under the name of the plaintiff B on September 20, 2006.
B. As to the instant real estate No. 1, the Plaintiff’s seller, Defendant C’s buyer, and the sales price of KRW 590,000 shall be KRW 60,000,000, and the remainder of KRW 530,000,000 is paid at the time of a contract. The sales contract of June 25, 2013 (hereinafter “instant first sales contract”) stating that the remainder of KRW 530,00,000 is paid on June 25, 2013. As to the instant real estate No. 2, the Plaintiff’s seller, Defendant D, the buyer, the sales price of KRW 590,00,00 is KRW 60,00,000; the remainder of KRW 530,00,00 is paid at the time of the contract; and each of the instant sales contracts of each of the instant case shall be deemed the sales contracts of each of the instant case (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”).
C. On July 4, 2013, the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real estate No. 1 was completed under Defendant C’s name on June 25, 2013 (transaction price: KRW 590,000,000), and the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real estate No. 2 was completed on July 8, 2013 under Defendant D’s name on June 25, 2013 (transaction price: KRW 590,000), respectively.
On October 2, 2007 with respect to the instant real estate No. 1, 2007, the establishment registration was completed with respect to the instant real estate at KRW 240,000,000, the debtor, who was the Plaintiff A and the mortgagee A, Han Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I Bank”), and the maximum debt amount. After that, on April 17, 2014, the said collateral security was transferred to SBA Savings Bank.
With respect to the real estate No. 1 of this case, on December 28, 2007, the registration of establishment of chonsegwon in the name of F was completed with the amount of KRW 80,000,000 on the deposit money for lease on a deposit basis.
