1. Each disposition against the Plaintiffs on January 9, 2014 and each disposition against the Plaintiffs on August 26, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties are educational foundations that establish and operate a D University and E University.
Plaintiff
A was promoted as a full-time lecturer and construction engineering of D University on March 1, 1996, and Plaintiff B as a full-time lecturer and a full-time lecturer on March 1, 198, respectively.
(b) Each disposition of removal from office as of January 9, 2014;
1. On August 23, 2013, Plaintiff A presented his/her opinion related to teaching assistants under the title of “the disclosure letter sent with a thickness of a grix”, and argued that the proposal was not made in an urgent supplement to the effect that one in the construction field and one professor in the structural field should be recruited at the time of a professor.
Therefore, although the principal of the school affairs knows the intention of writing, he refused to give instructions by stating that he/she may not go until he/she becomes a professor, even though he/she is aware of the intention of writing, and that he/she may not go up until he/she becomes a professor.
(C) On September 24, 2013, the Korean government confirmed that the D University, a department store of private school, will be comprehensively audited and that the public nature and transparency of private universities will be established.
In light of the phrase of the opinion, a member of a D University was far beyond the scope of publication on the job, and was unconstitutional behavior against D University that could not be admitted even when he/she intended to accommodate.
A, without a clear proof of evidence, has been engaged in an act of incompetating D University's appearance of private schools and comprehensively auditing D University, and reporting it on the newspaper or on the Internet as a university with a problem of flaging and flaging D University, and slandering D University's appearance that D University used it for private use with a student's tuition fees.
In particular, in the National Assembly, the "G president uses school expenses of schools as one of his/her own locks" and "a bank attracting large amount reserves".
