1. Each disposition against the Plaintiffs on January 9, 2014 and each disposition against the Plaintiffs on August 26, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties are educational foundations that establish and operate a D University and E University.

Plaintiff

A was promoted as a full-time lecturer and construction engineering of D University on March 1, 1996, and Plaintiff B as a full-time lecturer and a full-time lecturer on March 1, 198, respectively.
