Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on June 12, 2013, the Defendant entered the “Dju” store located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, operated by the Victim B, and obstructed the victim’s business operation by force by preventing customers from entering the said business establishment by force on the grounds that the victim had expressed a desire to customers, and by preventing them from entering the said business establishment with approximately 30 minutes of bitch, bitching, bitching, bitching, bitching, and bitching.
