If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a tXG car.

On March 15, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.163% of blood alcohol concentration around 19:40 on March 15, 2013, and the Defendant proceeded with the Gannbuk-gun’s Nansan Nutrition at a dynae rate from the flood discharge to the nutritional Eup.
