1. The defendants are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff:
(a) Defendant B and C shall not exceed KRW 537,789,809 and their importance within the limit of KRW 416,000.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff loaned a loan to Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) as listed below.

C. Defendant C guaranteed each of the above loans owed to the Plaintiff by Defendant C within the limit of KRW 416,00,000 for each of the above loans owed to the Plaintiff by Defendant C, within the limit of KRW 143,000 for each of the two loans held by Defendant C, and within the limit of KRW 52,00,000 for each of the two loans held by Defendant C.
The balance of each of the above loans owed to the Plaintiff by Defendant Company as of June 16, 2016 is listed in the following table:
