1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,118,892 as well as the interest rate from January 8, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff, at the request of the defendant B on December 2012, the plaintiff jointly and severally guaranteed that the defendant B borrowed money from the lending enterprises as shown below.

B. As above, Defendant B loaned a total of KRW 57 million (hereinafter “instant loan”) and used it for the payment of the sale balance as to the E Apartment-dong 4504, 402 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) located in Yong-si, Nam-si, a spouse under the law of Defendant B, in the name of the Defendant C.

C. Meanwhile, Defendant B paid interest on the instant loan to each lending company on December 2014. As the payment of some interest on the instant loan was delayed, the Plaintiff repaid KRW 1,516,021 as interest on the instant loan on December 1, 2014 through F, etc., the Plaintiff’s wife, on December 1, 2014, on the one hand, 352,50 won as interest on the said loan, 481,321 won as to the said loan, 50 won as interest on the said loan, 182,200 won as to the said loan, and 50,000 won as interest on the said loan, 20,000 won as to the said loan, on December 4, 2014, on behalf of Defendant B.

On December 8, 2014, Defendant B had concerns over delinquency of interest on the instant loan, and on behalf of Defendant B, the Plaintiff repaid KRW 54,602,871 (a total of KRW 54,60,00,00,000,000, in total of KRW 12,503,460, interest and interest on the instant loan simultaneously 12,50,03,460, and interest and interest on the instant loan 3 4 5 5,112,170, and interest and interest on the instant loan 5 5 5 5,00,000,000.

E. Meanwhile, since the purchase by the Defendants, they reside in the apartment of this case until now.
