1. The Defendants confirm that the 1stm262.7m2 in Daejeon Sung-gu is owned by the Plaintiff.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. In the indication column of title No. 4-1) 1 of the former Registry (No. 4-1) related to the land owned by the Plaintiff, the following facts are stated in the indication column of title No. 1 of the former Registry (No. 4-1 of A), “1,428 square meters prior to J on August 28, 1923, at the same time, 75 square meters prior to J on April 1, 197, due to division of 360 square meters prior to J on April 1, 197, No. 11, 276 shall be registered No. 12, No. 14, 239 square meters prior to the registration No. 14, and No. 14, 1971; No. 19732, Apr. 1, 197; and the ownership transfer registration was received under the name of No. 14, Dec. 14, 1971;

B. The plaintiff is against M on April 13, 1985.

On April 15, 1985, the Plaintiff purchased the land indicated in the subsection (hereinafter “instant land”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name.

C. In the indication column of the column for title of subparagraph 28 of the former Registry (Evidence No. 4-2 of A) related to the land owned by the Defendants, the change was made as follows: “On August 31, 1918, at the same time, KRW 1944, KRW 20 on August 31, 1918, KRW 1941, and KRW 335 on March 20, 1961, at the same time, KRW 669, KRW 701 on April 12, 1962, KRW 339, and KRW 340, KRW 21, and KRW 341 on July 31, 1917, KRW 194, KRW 1941 on March 20, and KRW 1941 on July 1, 196, KRW 550 on July 16, 198; Section 341 on ownership transfer registration under the name of Q Q ownership transfer registration.
