A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, etc. (Distribution of obscene materials) shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly display any obscene codes, text, sound, image, or motion picture through an information and communications network;

Nevertheless, from around December 28, 2015 to March 14, 2016, the Defendant posted obscene videos at least 20,980 times in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table of crimes, including that, after having access to “D” a file sharing site via a computer, to “D” a file sharing site via a computer, at the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-si Office C building 206, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul., the Defendant posted obscene videos using the same as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number;

Nevertheless, around December 25, 2015, the Defendant visited the victim F’s resident registration number by means of Internet search at the above Defendant’s residence, and entered the Internet file site, which is an Internet file sharing site, into the Internet files site, with a DNA “D” and joined the members after obtaining the above F’s resident registration number. From March 9, 2016 to March 9, 2016, the Defendant used 16 resident registration numbers such as F, etc. for 21 times by stealing them as indicated in the attached crime list (2).

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
