A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

An application for remedy by an applicant for remedy shall be dismissed respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would purchase KRW 1.650,000,000, a game item G,” as the front page to the victim F, by accessing the D Game E server from the French site at around 20:50,000.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she transferred the game items to the game account used by the defendant from the above victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the above victim, received from the above victim one of the game items G in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,650,000 from the above victim to the game account used by the Defendant, as well as from February 3, 2019 to March 5, 2019, by deceiving four victims over four times in total, as described in the separate crime list, respectively, and received delivery of the game items equivalent to KRW 5,325,00,000, respectively.

On February 26, 2019, the Defendant reported the news sales of the game money posted by the victim H on the Internet I website at around 21:00 on February 26, 2019, and made a false statement to the effect that “The purchase of J Game money KRW 12,00,000 won is KRW 91,00.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the money even if he receives the game money from the above victim to the game account using the defendant.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the above victim, received from the above victim a transfer of J Game money amounting to KRW 91,200,000 from the above victim to the game account used by the Defendant, of KRW 91,20,000.

Despite the fact that the social work personnel of "2019 Man-Ma3410" shall not leave their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds, the Defendant did not work at any L Hospital in which the Defendant serves as social work personnel for at least 54 days from May 14, 2019 to July 1, 2019 without justifiable grounds.

The defendant of "2019 Highly 3636" is Buddhist on April 12, 2019.
